Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Passion Planner, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on all unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your item is unused, in its original shrink-wrap or packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your planner to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
